Why the amount changes on its own
The tariff is written in Monthly Calculation Index units rather than tenge. The index is revised by each January budget law, so the tenge figure changes automatically, with no new order.
Practical consequence: any article quoting tenge without a year goes stale that January. Check the MCI fraction and the current index, not the figure.
What this table does not cover
Burabay. That national park reports to the Presidential Property Management Department rather than the Ministry of Ecology, and its tariffs are set by a separate act — a different system, with a surcharge on weekends and public holidays from 1 May to 30 September. Details.
The tax-code charge. What is listed here are tariffs for services. The charge for using a protected natural area comes from article 510 of the Tax Code and is calculated differently.
Everything else the parks charge for. Parking, yurts, hotel rooms, guides, ranger escorts, film and photo shoots, equipment hire — each is a separate line in the order.
