This site is built so that feedback is a working tool rather than a courtesy. We mark honestly what we do not know, and those gaps can often be closed by someone who was simply there last week.
What is especially useful
- Changed prices and opening hours — these go stale fastest
- Road and trail conditions, particularly the unpaved stretch after rain
- What is actually built on the territory and what is closed
- Transport timetables, with the date you used them
- Factual errors — figures, dates, document numbers
What we do with corrections
We verify, make the change, and update the check date on the page. If the mistake was ours, we say so.

What we do not do
We do not run advertising disguised as editorial, do not sell mentions, and do not take part in link exchange schemes. The terms on which this site exists are set out on the how we make money page.

For matters within the competence of the state institution — opening hours, permits, official documents — contact the Forestry and Wildlife Committee of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Kazakhstan.
